Hello there! My name is Francis and I'm a plastic artist graduated in UABC from Mexico. Since my youthful I loved the idea of innovation and personal improvement. My past years of university teached me the new ways of digital media and this is my journey through them! This is my mark in the world.While I started drawing in paper and my career was focused on traditional media I always wanted to create new characters, worlds and let my imagination go to other magical places. I love drawing videogames characters and from animated series too.I try to constantly push my limits and change my style according to my needs while seeking improvement along the way. Once you place your payment you read and agreed with the following T.O.S. and I'm not responsible otherwise.
General
• All drawings will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.
• I, the artist, own copyright over my work. Please credit my art if you publicly use it unless a commercial license was acquire and talked with me beforehand.
• It's your responsibility to save the final artwork in your PC or device.
• Prices are subject to change based on complexity and time. "Complex design" means a lot of details, armor/weapons, pets - any extra additional to the character.
• I, the artist, can display my work (the commissions) in my social media/portfolio unless is agreed in both parties otherwise.
• I, the artist, have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
• Base prices are for personal use and non-commercial commissions. If you want to acquire a commercial one contact ShiningGray first.
Commercial Use Fees
• PERSONAL: normal price listed
• COMMERCIAL: streaming / content use / VTubing (pfp / banners / VTubers graphics) | +100%
• COMMERCIAL: Merchandise / ads / print | +200%Can I get a commercial license later on? Yes, but an additional 10% fee is added
Destribution
• Don't use any commissioned personal artwork for anything unless you're the client itself.
• You can use non watermarked fanart for your personal use only. (such as pfp)
• You can resell your commission artwork for the same price or bellow and for non-commercial license only. (It only applies for your original characters)
• You can resell any design/adopt I made for the same price or bellow and for non-commercial license only. This doesn't include any additional art you got with the design. (for that you can adjust the price)
• Any work such as illustrations and digital art displayed and made by me the artist (ShiningGray) CAN'T be used for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies (NFTs included) not even with a commercial license. If you see my work used for any of this activities please contact me.
• I, the artist, don't support AI content and therefore no one can use my art for that type of work.
Process and Delivery
• 100% upfront payment via invoice PayPal. USD currency only.
• In the sketch phase you can request just up to 2 changes/modifications. I don't count my mistakes that I'll change freely.
• After the sketch phase any modification has a fee.
• I'll notify you when I have started on your commission once the payment is fully paid with the skech in hand.
• While I'm working on your commission I'll make reviews with you to make sure is just right!
• Communication is key and I'm very open about it so don't be afraid!
• The time it takes to finish your commission is up to 1 month - to a couple of months depending on factors such as health, complexity, etc. (Any of this circumstances will be notified with anticipation)
• The estimated times applies only when you're next in line. (I'll always tell you when's your turn)
• If you need your piece on a certain time please let me know beforehand. (It’ll cost a fee to do it faster)
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

• I’m pretty open to mostly anything in your mind! Please ask any inquiry you have about my yes/no ♡
• Characters with monster like features/fantasy themes are my cup of tea.
• I can do robotic/android details and weapons but I don't do full robotic features or mechas.
• Ship art (romantic, platonic, friendly) is totally ok. (doesn't matter if it's oc x oc, canon x oc, etc)
• Original characters, fan characters, canon characters are totally ok.
• I can do any gender and species.
• I don't draw shock value images nor minor looking characters involved in any activity of this.

Contact me through my social media or email with your request (I recommend Discord (@shininggray) for a faster response). Please add your email for the invoice in PayPal and be clear with the type of commission you want, don't forget to add your visual references before hand (you can help them with text) and the extras you see helpful such as your ideas for the art, poses or expressions to help me understand.I like to talk with my customers and know about their ideas for the piece.I highly recommend using VGen to commission me!
